Rental is possible for a single space (30m2) or both (60m2) including the reception area, amenities and garden.
Discounted rates for stays of two weeks or more / Special student rates
OR exhibition with a percentage withheld from sales
CAUTION
+ 20% of the total bill, refunded if the premises are returned in the same condition
SURFACE
The premises include two separate exhibition spaces of 30m2 each and a 30m2 area comprising the reception, kitchen, toilet, and a landscaped garden.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- Weekly rental
- 50% of the total rental amount must be paid upon signing the contract
- The handover of keys is conditional upon full payment of the rental fees
- The assembly, dismantling, and security of the exhibition are the responsibility of
tenants
- The tenants are also responsible for all costs inherent in the production of their event
